With his bloody sword, he wounded his enemies...to DEATH.
What is this?  Some kind of wacky website?  Is it wacky?  Could my website use more wackiness?  Or would you prefer zaniness to wackiness?  That's one tough decision.  I shall have to meditate on that.
Anyway, I've been quite busy of late.  The new job is going well.  Keeping me quite busy, which is good, except sometimes I feel a bit overwhelmed.  I even have a huge list of things to do in the office when there is nothing to do.  I wonder if I can remotely defrag the new hard drive I put in out Citrix server.  Though I should be there to setup the mirroring.  Apparently I can't.  Which, I guess is a good thing security wise.
So, it has been a busy couple of weeks.  Jawscat has returned to his home, quite happy to do so I hear.  Went to see Saint Eve with Po, Jen, Mike and Kris.  They enjoyed it as did I. Met Dr Atomic there.  Met and had a geeky chat with Urban Outlaw and the good doctor himself about various sci-fi things.   I took pictures of course.  Of the show that is, not the geeky chat.   Got home quite late and slept.  Saturday evening was Craig's birthday party.  Twas fun.  met some new people, got to hang out with Dave, Lauren and Miller, which is always fun.  Had another geeky conversation with Miller, but this was about computers.  We had dinner fun, then headed to Craig's to see Robosapien in action.  After which we headed down to an 80's themed club aptly called The Breakfast Club.  It was fun, but I do get tired of 80s music after a while.  Plus it is kind of annoying that people feel obligated to go nuts over a Bon Jovi song just because we live in New Jersey.  I have nothing against Jovi, just how Jersians over react to him.  Anyways.  Got home late from that too.
Sunday relaxed and watched Equlibrium, which if you like Orwellian futures or Christian Bale, you'll like this.
This week has been a bit more relaxed for me.  I can't believe that I'm making plans as far ahead as December though.  I'm like some crazy adult person.
A few things:
Li: I know you're strong.
Tricia:  Enjoy and thanks.
Cathy:  YUM!
Rachel:  Look out behind you!
The guy with the yellow shirt:  Put that down.  No one wants to see that.
Tom:  Yeah...
Mom & Dad:  Enjoy the Swiss
I guess that's all.  Yeah, I'm getting a bit lazy.  I'm also running out of pics and wav files.  Maybe it was a limited time offer.  That makes it more special, doesn't it?

I think you should give us all your gold.
I think you should sleeeeep.
Yeah, I've been very busy.  Work has been good, though end up staying a little late most nights.  This coupled with the fact that I've been socializing every night this past week makes me one tired Ganoosh.  I'll get a more detailed update with pics from the St Eve show soon enough.

You know what I like about Canadians? They're real easy to elbow out of the way.
So, what a fun time I've had.  I'm finally done with creepy ol' Bayonne.  But it didn't let me get away unscathed, oh no.  I spend most of the day yesterday feeling like crap as creepy Bayonne germs wormed their way into my mucous membranes.  Not only that, but I was out of soup.  It only took me about half an hour to get out of my chair and down to my car after deciding I was going to the store.  And to make the order of events of this weekend more random, I had my car checked up yesterday, which is good.  I hope to have that thing for 5 more years.  I also have a guest for the next week and a half to two weeks.  He adjusted well to the new surroundings and is lying in a sunbeam behind me as I type this.  Li is pretty relieved that he adjusted so well.  I also watched some Due South, which I borrowed from my sister.  It is quite a good show, nice mix of drama and humor.  Plus how could you not like a show that has a deaf wolf, but he can read lips so it's ok as long as he's looking at you.  I've also completely fallen in love with Rescue Me.  It's a great show and had the funniest scene this past week where Denis Leary called his dad and they talked about the game on TV, but there were subtitles where they were saying how much they loved each other and how proud they were.
Not sure what else is going on.  Start the new job tomorrow and it will be interesting to see whther or not I will be medicated for my first day.
Also, here's and interesting interview with Dr Atomic about Atomic Box.
Plus there's a Saint Eve show on Friday August 20 at 11:30pm at the Slipper Room in NYC.  I plan on going, let me know if you are interested in joining me.
That's all I can think of for now.  Maybe I'll try and do some midweek thing this week.

SILENCE!  I concur.
Here are some pics I took at work today.

If there's trouble, all us freaks have is each other.
Yeah, it's been a busy week.  Been at Bayonne again, but at least the movie is over so the parking lot is all empty.
Lets see...
Got ye olde pow-wow pics here.
The Uberjerk show was good.  Got those pics here.  I must say that they have improved much and hopefully I will get to catch them more in the future.  Plus maybe they'll put songs out on something other than record someday.
Plus, got Contempt pics too.  I know you all love those.
Well, this is my last week at OBS.  Next Monday, I start work at Link High as a Computer Network Technician/Consultant and can hopefully stay there for the next few years or more of my life.  Apparently no one noticed the clue (I took my resume down).  You all fail!
It's been a while and I feel that I should have more to say, but I can't think of anything.
Well, Dracula: The Musical was good, but the ending sucked, basically.  It was quite abrupt and Mina kills him with a knife.  You can't kill Dracula with a knife, silly!  Geez.
I've seen several movies and enjoyed them all.  You should all go see the movies that I've seen.
OK, I'm done.  I'm going to go get something to drink.  You all should do that too.

Got some news.  Will mention it later.  But there is a clue on this page.

It's an illusion!  I'm fooling you and you don't like it!!!
Everyone loves Magical Trevor!

Say hello to everything you've left behind.  It's even more a part of your life now that you can't touch it.
Certain Americans living in Hong Kong who haven't updated their web page in 8 months who will remain unnamed feel that they can mock my two weeks of lack of updates here.
"Its almost time to make fun of T for not updating his site. I guess he now realizes when you have a job, its hard to find time. Awwwwwwwww."
Actually it has very little with having a job, the only connection with that is adjusting to actually having to get up at 6:30 in the morning again.  It mostly has to do with my laziness, which I am perfectly willing to admit to and not make excuses, as well as this.  Updating a site takes 30 minutes, maybe an hour if I have a bunch of pics to upload.  That barely fills in on non-job related time.  On top of that, I have been quite busy with other things.
Lets start at the beginning, shall we.
First there was a bright light, then over the next few Pico seconds the energy cooled and matter started to form...oh wait, not that beginning.  The weekend of the 3rd was a much fun hanging out weekend.  For some reason, maybe because I was working so hard I had no time to update my site, I can't recall what happened on the 2nd, but the third was Po's BBQ, which was lots of fun.  Got to hang with Jen's sister and her boyfriend Brian who were both pretty cool.  Everyone else who I didn't talk to much seemed quite nice too.
The 4th was the family BBQ at which my Dad got finagled into grilling again.  After desert, I met up with Gusta, Tom and Jen for some fireworks and Twilight Zone action.  Though not both at the same time, which would've been quite creepy.
The 5th, Rachel and I went to see Fahrenheit 9/11 (again for me) and hit Penang for dinner.  Many thanks to her for paying and I'm sure she thanks me for breaking in her new credit card and sending her off into the wonderful world of buying things with money you don't have.
The following day, I started work, which hasn't been too bad.  I spent most of the week down at Bayonne High School where they were filming a movie version of Strangers With Candy with Mathew Broderick and Sara Jessica Parker.  And how did that effect me?  It made parking a bitch.
The weekend of the 10th was again busy.  Friday, I hung out with Po and Jen and played some card games and watched The Evil Dead.  It was really odd seeing Bruce Campbell so young.  Saturday was Zack's D&D game followed by some more hanging out with Li, Tom and ROSS at the Budd Lake Diner (where I had my first happy waitress) and my apartment.  Sunday, Rachel and I went to the Sussex County Pow-wow, which I have pics for, but will post later.  We had fun, and I enjoyed my fry bread.
This past Tuesday my grandfather passed away.  While, not overly upset (I admit I've been kind of preparing myself for this mentally ever since my grandmother passed away last year), it left me feeling kind of down for the rest of the week.  Though I did manage to exorcize most of the demons plaguing Zak's laptop, there are a few stubborn ones still remaining though.
This weekend was mostly quiet.  Friday I ended up watching biographies of David Koresh, Jim Jones (of Jonestown fame) and Charles Manson with Scott.  It was all quite fascinating, though I was quite amused to hear Patricia Krenwinkel say some things that were samples from White Zombie's Real Solution #9.
Saturday was Opa's memorial with the family.  It was good to see everyone and we had good food (catered by the AB&G).  Afterwards, my Dad came over and we watched Return of the King (thanks D-mo for letting me borrow it).  That should keep me going until the full version comes out in November.  Today, I met up with my dad and sis to see I, Robot, which was entertaining as long as you don't expect any connection with the Azimov story aside from the three laws.  I was amused to find out that the voice of Sonny the robot was done by the guy who played Wash on Firefly.
On to the announcements
Next Sunday at 9pm, Uberjerk is playing in New Hope, PA.  I'm going in early to stroll around a bit.
Friday the 30th is Contempt.
Is that good enough for
certain Americans living in Hong Kong who haven't updated their web page in 8 months who will remain unnamed?

I can hear you
Just barely hear you
I can just barely hear you
Well, it's been a while, but I really haven't had much to say here, so I haven't said it.  that and I haven't been doing much.
What's in the news?
Well, my monitor is dying.  In fact it's 1/3 dead.  The blue no longer works.  It's still usable, but I have trouble sometimes finding links and I can't play Diablo II very well because blue and gray look the same.  I'm waiting to save up some money and hear back from people that can help me get a good price.
It's Josh's birthday today.  Say happy birthday to the bowtie king.
After much bugging, I have added some new skins to my forum.  You can choose which one you want to use in your profile if you haven't done it already.  I'm also having a logo contest.  Each skin needs a different logo image.  Go design one, you can find the details here.
Now, lets look at the calendar.
Tuesday I start work at OBS for the summer.  Which will give me money as I catch up on certifications.
Next Sunday, the 11th, is the Native American Festival at the Sussex County Fairgrounds.  Here's pics from last year.  Let me know if you want to go.
On Sunday the 25th, Uberjerk is playing in New Hope at 9.  Where in New Hope?  AM or PM? Only Gusta knows the answers to these questions.  Seriously.  I asked Baker and he didn't know.
On Friday the 30th, there's the mighty Contempt at Remote Lounge.  Check out Remote's website that night, you might see me.
Saturday, the 30th, I'm going to see Dracula, The Musical with the family.  It sounds corny, but it's by the guy who did Jekyll & Hyde and that was great.
Not entirely sure what's going on this weekend, but there may or may not be pics.
Can't think of anything else to say right now.
Here's a pic and a wav.
