Swayin to the rhythm of the new world order and
Count the bodies like sheep to the rhythm of the war drums

Man, what a busy week.  First things first, I am able to put this on my site now.

Also, I am going back to school on June 14 for Cisco class and the following week for Security+.  after that I may have some temp work for a couple of weeks.  On top of that there's Ed n Kat's wedding on the 6th and Contempt on the 11th.  Busy busy June.
So, basically I need to implement my plan to get a new hard drive next week, so I can set everything up while I have the time.  (Yeah, my computer's all munked up, so I'm going to reset everything anew on the new hard drive and use the existing one for data.)
Yipdydoo.

Wolfman's got nards!
Yeah, so yeah.  Well, yeah.  Um...yeah.
Why did my brain fog up just as I started to type this?
Well, I got a government grant for school, which is good because it takes a $2500 chuck out of my student loan.  And while I was in the city getting that, I sauntered over to the school and took a test.  so I passed my first Microsoft Test.  What does that mean?  It means I'm a Microsoft Certified Professional.  What does that mean?  It means I passed a Microsoft test.  Now it's studying for the next test which I plan on taking next week.
Don't know what else to say.  This past weekend was uneventful.  it was pretty much spent reading with the exception of Friday night seeing Shrek 2, which was eh, and Saturday night watching DVDs and playing some fun card games with Po, Jen and Mike.
Got no real plans for Memorial Day weekend.  Figure it too will involve reading and probably hanging with Li at some point.
Well here's something that's quite amusing.  I got a new fan, it's a floor oscillating one, and it comes with a remote.  Wait, that's not the funny part.  There is a place to store the remote IN THE FAN.
Anyways, Here's your pic and here's something he said (warning for you dial-upers it's a big-un).

When a patient starts to slip away .. when he looks at you .. and his eyes grab hold of you the way a drowning man grabs hold of anything to keep him from sinking.. I mean, afraid .. so afraid .. and then, just at the last, it's as if they look past you to something else, and the look on their face, it's like nothing you can describe. And then .. just as they look past you, the moment that they look past you, you can't help but meet their gaze and, just for an instant, you see God reflected in their eyes.

I was awakened today with several phone calls from cast members and Doug to
pass along the terrible news that this morning, Richard Biggs passed away.

We're still gathering information, so take none of this as firm word, but what
seems to have happened, happened quickly. He woke up, got up out of bed...and
went down. The paramedics who showed up suggested it was either an aneurysm or
a massive stroke.

His family members have been informed, and all of the the cast have, as far as
we can determine, also been informed.

This is a terrible loss for all of us. Richard was a consummate professional
but more than that he was an honorable, stand-up guy. If he gave you his word
on something, you never had to wonder about it afterward. He was always
helpful and supportive of all the cast, even those who only came in for one
episode, always with a ready smile and determined to do whatever it took to
make the scene work. He was, quite simply, a terrific guy, and everyone here
is just devastated at the news.

More word as this develops. We may try to have some kind of fund raiser to
help give whatever assistance may be helpful for his kids.

We all miss him terribly.

Ummm...alright so I have nothing further to say about Canada.
So, way back when when (when when?) I got my copy of Uberjerk's 7" single Prescriptions I did not have a record player and let's face it, I still don't.  But my father was nice enough to record it onto mp3.  Alas, since it had a regular sized hole he recorded it at 33 instead of 45 like it was meant to be played.  He later rectified this, but I still have the 33 version.  And with just a right-click/save as  so can you.  Enjoy.

Silence, or you'll be held in contempt of this court.
I have nothing but contempt for this court.
Yeah, yeah, I haven't updated in a while.  But then, I haven't done much in a while.  So what have I been up to in the past couple of weeks?  Well aside from the phlegmy cough of doom which has followed me around, I saw Godsend, which was ok, Van Helsing, which was entertaining eye candy, and Troy, which I thoroughly enjoyed but I am a sucker for them historical epics.  I broke down and bought Zim.  And had my sandals disintegrate on me and bought new ones.  Missed Angel and Smallville while working on a friend's computer, but caught Angel later thanks to the magic of the internet.  Went to Contempt (with a stopover at Li's for cheesy goodness) and had lots of fun and took some pics.  I got a new mattress (not left off s for savings) today and since I slept 2 hours last night, I heartily tested it this afternoon.  It's nice but thicker than my last one, so now I need a little hop to get into bed.
Well, thus far, my next two weekends are actually free, so...umm...call me, we'll hang out or something.
Oh and The Reality Dysfunction by Peter Hamilton...good book!
Oh part 2, last time's quote was guessed by Gusta and the answer was Gusta, chatting in my forums where you all should be anyway.
Ok, here is the pic and wav which pretty much sums up the past few days.

if i had the playstation controller in my hand, i would have no time for peeing on ed's bed. and if i had to hook, i'd be afraid of some accident when i was peeing.
Happy Birthday!

Yeah, sorry about the lack of updates, but I haven't really been doing anything all that exciting lately.  I ended up not going to see Atomic Box since they were playing late and I had an appointment in the city that morning and had nothing to do all afternoon and it was raining.  I'm not sure if that makes sense, but it does to me so I'm sticking with it.
I'm amused by the fact that it says welcome to my new home on the web up top even though it's been three years now.  Three years and it's still here and being updated.  Who'da thunk it?  Oh, come on!  Don't give me that!  who'da is SO a word.
Not sure what to say here.  Saw A Perfect Circle on Saturday.  It was a really good show.  There was this crazy guy in front of us dancing around and as the show ended the people behind us clapped real loud and said "YAY guy in the white shirt!!"  I went with Po and a couple of his friends, we had fun and such.  I can't believe they wanted $35 for a t-shirt though.  That's insane.
Friday was an AB&G night.  First one in a while.  Twas fun to hang out with everyone.  Not much else to say.  At least, not that I can think of.  Still studying for Microsoft tests.  Still have pictures and wavs to post.  Still here.
