The Weakerthans

The day after Contempt, Li, Tom and I went to see The Weakerthans at Bowery Ballroom.  Since I had my camera with me, I decided to take pictures.

Apparently The Weakerthans have a new bass player who is very happy.

Jason.  It's really hard to get a pic of a drummer sitting way in the back as they are want to do.

Except I got two in a row

Yeah, I'm not sure how many comments I can get.

That John K, he can sure sing

It was a little weird because the past 3 times I saw The Weakerthans, I stood on the other side of the stage.

I took this during a particular line he was singing, but I don't remember which one it was now.

You should all listen to these guys, they're great.

It's funny, I still type John K even tough John Sutton apparently is no longer in the band.

If you look closely, you can see that Stephen protects his hearing.
