Friday, I picked up Craig and we went into NYC, stopped to gather Li, Goose and Dan and headed out to Contempt. I brought my camera, of course, but they did something mean. I spent the past few Contempts learning the names of the go-gos, so what did they do? They got some new ones. Sigh, and here I thought that I was all learnt up. Anywho, here's the pictures. I'm sure someone will help with names. Oh, and we were situated and station 50 from 10:30-1:30.
So, I got an email this morning entitled "Corrections, biatch" From someone. So, again with the yellow notation.

Your so called "newer go-go" is Angel, Trevor's
girlfriend. (Trevor is DJ Subvert, the dread-locked regular DJ at Contempt.)
Angel's been in it from the start, but I guess you haven't noticed her before.
She's had classical dance training, and she can bend really frickin far
backwards. Behind her in that pic are Marta (in white, on the left) and Sarah
(our other dancer).
OK, I know from reading the sight that Angel has been around for the long
haul, but I don't think she's ever go-goed before.
That was Marta? Didn't recognize her. She should be some kind of
government super spy or something.

In the last picture on the page, I don't know the guy in
the glasses (dead center), but he apparently came straight from Kaiju Big Battel
(http://www.kaiju.com), since he was carrying
one of the buildings. I covet. Fates conspired to keep me from that event.
One of these days, when I get money, I'll have to check that Kaiju thing
out.
